A smooth and creamy vegan cheesecake made with rich Biscoff spread and set on a buttery Lotus Biscoff® biscuit base. Finished with a generous layer of melted Biscoff spread and crushed Biscoff biscuits for the perfect balance of sweet caramelised flavour and creamy indulgence.

Biscoff Layer: Lotus Biscoff® Spread.

Cheesecake Filling: Vegan Soft Cheese, Vegan Double Cream Alternative, Lotus Biscoff® Spread, Icing Sugar and Vanilla Extract.

Biscuit Base & Topping: Lotus Biscoff® Biscuits (Wheat, Soya) and Vegan Butter.
