Finished with honey cake crumbs, this traditional Lithuanian favourite develops its rich flavour as it chills, creating a beautifully soft, melt-in-the-mouth texture.

Plain Flour (WHEAT), Unsalted Butter (MILK), Runny Honey, Light Brown Sugar, Caster Sugar, EGG, Full-Fat Crème Fraîche (MILK), Baking Powder, Ground Cinnamon, Ground Cloves, Salt, Black Tea, Double Cream (MILK), Icing Sugar, Vanilla Extract, Lemon Zest and Lemon Juice.
