Raspberry & Coconut Sponge Cake (9”)

A light and fluffy vanilla sponge inspired by the classic old school cake, layered with sweet homemade raspberry jam and finished with desiccated coconut for a deliciously nostalgic treat. The jam is made in-house using raspberries for a fresh fruity flavour, creating the perfect balance of soft sponge and sweet coconut.

Flour (Wheat), Sugar, Stork Vegetable Fat, Eggs, Milk, Vanilla Extract, Raising Agents, Raspberries, Sugar, Cornflour and Desiccated Coconut.
