A smooth and creamy no-bake cheesecake layered with homemade mixed berry compote and set on a buttery biscuit base. Finished with extra mixed berries for the perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavours in every slice.

Ingredients

Mixed Berry Compote: Mixed Berries, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest and Cornflour.

Cheesecake Filling: Soft Cheese (Milk), Mascarpone (Milk), Double Cream (Milk), Icing Sugar, Vanilla Extract and Lemon Juice.

Biscuit Base: Digestive Biscuits (Wheat) and Unsalted Butter (Milk).

Delivery & Storage

Keep refrigerated and consume within 3–4 days. Suitable for freezing for up to 3 months.
