Cake - Chocolate Fudge Cake 4”(Fresh Cream)

A rich, moist and indulgent chocolate fudge cake made with cocoa, fresh espresso and sour cream for an extra soft texture. Four layers of chocolate sponge are filled and covered with smooth, creamy fresh chocolate buttercream for the ultimate chocolate treat.

Ingredients: Light Brown Sugar, Buttermilk (MILK), Vegetable Oil, Sour Cream (MILK), EGGS, Vanilla Extract, Cocoa Powder, Plain Flour (WHEAT), Baking Powder, Bicarbonate of Soda, Salt, Fresh Espresso Coffee, Hot Water, Unsalted Butter (MILK), Icing Sugar and Double Cream (MILK).

Allergens: Contains WHEAT (Gluten), MILK and EGGS.

Storage: Keep refrigerated and consume within 3–4 days. Suitable for freezing for up to 3 months. For the best flavour and texture, remove from the fridge 20–30 minutes before serving.
