Biscoff Stuffed Cookie

A soft and chewy chocolate chip cookie packed with white chocolate chips and generously stuffed with a gooey Biscoff® spread centre. Finished with a drizzle of melted Biscoff® and a sprinkle of crushed Lotus Biscoff® biscuits for the ultimate caramelised biscuit treat.
